Jackie Rancourt

Jackie Rancourt specializes in historical and alternative photographic processes, including infrared photography, cyanotypes and large format cameras. She blends analog and digital techniques to create dreamy and experimental images. As a landscape artist, Jackie captures the essence of natural scenes, transforming them into captivating visual experiences. Jackie’s photos have been showcased in numerous juried group exhibitions. She has exhibited at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Canada’s premier contemporary outdoor art event, and received a grant from the Ontario Arts Council to present her work there. In 2020, she was selected by the Ontario Society of Artists for its Emerging Artists Open Juried Exhibition. The Aird Gallery currently includes her work in its Landscapes online group exhibition. Jackie studied photography at Ryerson University and will soon travel to France for an artistic residency.
